Use and assembly
All furniture sold by Al Samar Furniture is intended for normal household and office use. Please follow the assembly guide included with your order step by step, and use only the hardware supplied in the box.
Tall units such as wardrobes and bookcases must be secured to the wall with the anchor kit included in the box. Furniture that is not anchored can tip if climbed on or overloaded — do not let children climb on drawers, doors, or shelves, and never overload the top shelves.
Check all bolts and fittings a few weeks after assembly and re-tighten them if needed. Do not exceed the stated weight limits, and keep furniture away from direct heat sources and prolonged damp.
Our responsibility
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, failure to use the supplied wall-anchor kit, modifications made to the product, or use outside normal household conditions. If any part arrives damaged or a fitting is missing, contact us before you start assembling and we will send a replacement part.
