Ordering
When you place an order through alsamarfurniture.store, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We send an order confirmation by email once your payment is approved — that email is our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we spot an obvious pricing error.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and include any applicable taxes, shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order total — orders over $200 ship free within the United States. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Order changes and cancellation
You can request a change or cancellation of your order by contacting us at support@alsamarfurniture.store or +1 (555) 013-2048. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by our 30-day return policy instead — see our Shipping & Returns page.
Product information
We describe every product — materials, dimensions, and included parts — as accurately as we can, and photograph the actual finishes. Because screens display colors differently, the shade of fabric or wood you receive may vary slightly from the photos on this site.
Warranty
Every furniture frame we sell carries a 5-year frame warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or incorrect assembly, or natural changes in wood and fabric over time.
