Shipping
We dispatch orders from our Cleveland, OH warehouse within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Furniture is bulky, so we ship with carriers that handle large items — your sofa, table, bed, or wardrobe arrives flat-packed in protective packaging with an assembly guide and all hardware included.
Delivery times: most US orders arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping cost: orders over $200 ship free anywhere in the United States. A flat $29 shipping fee applies to orders under $200.
Returns
Changed your mind, or the piece doesn’t fit your space? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item in its original condition — unassembled or carefully disassembled, in the original packaging, with all parts and hardware.
To start a return, email support@alsamarfurniture.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible items. Once we receive and inspect the returned furniture, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Items damaged in transit are covered separately: if your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement part or a full replacement at no cost to you.
